The Chevrolet Bel Air was a full-size car produced by Chevrolet for the 1950–1981 model years. A convertible or a hardtop model, it was luxurious and a powerful vehicle. It is a widely collected old-timer vehicle, probably the most popular in the US.
With a 4.6L engine, up to 5.7L engine in the 3rd generation (1958), it packed either 135bhp or the V8 with 170bhp. In 1962, a new 327 cu in (5,360 cc) V8 of 250 or 300 hp (220 kW) was offered in addition to the giant (for the time) 409 cu in (6,700 cc) V8 of 380 hp (280 kW) or 409 hp (305 kW) with the dual four-barrel carburetor setup. At 15 miles per gallon, it is not the most fuel efficient vehicle. Vintage class is what this beautiful old timer will give you.
