Presented in 2012 at the Sao Paulo Motor Show, the Chevrolet Prisma is a subcompact car, the four-door sedan variant of the smaller Chevrolet Onix.
Like the Onix, the Prisma is available in three trim levels (LS, LT and LTZ) with two 4-cylinder engines, the 1.0-litre producing 77 hp and the 1.4-litre 97 hp offering automatic or five-speed manual transmission. Specs include front-wheel drive, MacPherson strut front and twist-beam rear suspension, as well as dual airbags, ABS and power steering. With security ratings over 65% both for adults and children, it is fairly safe. It is also easy to drive and accommodates up to four passengers neatly while its trunk space is fairly big. It is the ideal drive for small families looking for a low-consumption daily driver.
