The McLaren 675 is a lightweight, track-focused evolution model of the McLaren 650S. It was introduced at the 2015 Geneva Motor Show. It is currently the fastest car around the track, according to Top Gear.
The car is powered by a variation of the M838T 3.8 L; 231.8 cu in (3,799 ccs) twin-turbo V8 petrol engine, producing 675 PS (496 kW; 666 hp) at 7100 rpm and 700 Nm (516 lb-ft) at 5500 rpm. The 675LT uses the 7-speed automatic dual-clutch gearbox used in the 650S, with improved software reducing the shift time. The 675LT can accelerate from 0–100 km/h (62 mph) in 2.9 seconds, 0.1 seconds faster than the 650S. It is fairly consuming at 11.7l/100km (24.2mpg), but less than expected from a supercar. It possesses 4 stability control modes, as well as an ABS, TCS, ESC, Launch Control and Brake Steer systems. If you have some excess money in your pocket and a track to drive this monster around, you should check it out.
