The Mercedes-Benz C-Class (W203) is an automobile that was produced by German manufacturer Mercedes-Benz from July 2000 to December 2006. It was the second C-Class model from Mercedes-Benz.
The US model, labelled C230 Kompressor, became available for the 2002 model year with the M111.981 engine, a 2.3-litre supercharged inline-four making 143 kW (192 hp) @ 5500 rpm and 280 Nm (207 lb-ft) @ 2500–4800 rpm. It features engines spanning from 1.8L petrol up to 5.4L AMG supercharged. It also features a 6-speed manual or a 5 and a 7-speed automatic transmission. It is fairly consuming at around 9 litres per 100km. This model is very elegant and very noticeable because of its headlight design. Safety features are included and this is a very safe vehicle according to Euro NCAP.
